Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.
International Shipping
We currently ship to only Sweden but are son going to ship internationally soon
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–21 business days
- Shipping cost 49kr
Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number(s). You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
If you haven’t received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, we want to help!
If your order hasn’t arrived or was damaged upon delivery, please contact us at welosweden@hotmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue where possible.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
