Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at welosweden@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package.

Please note: Returns sent back without authorization may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Health and personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Within 30 days
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at welosweden@homail.com and we’ll help arrange the exchange process.

Please note, each packing item  is lovingly handmade. You may notice a small variation of up to 3% loose threads. This is perfectly normal and part of what makes each piece unique.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received it and confirm approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at welosweden@hotmail.com.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank — there’s often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at welosweden@hotmail.com.


Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if we provided a return label) will be deducted from your refund total.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us immediately at welosweden@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll replace the item or provide a full refund as quickly as possible.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll email you a gift certificate.

If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
